Parneet is a pest control industry stalwart with over 12 years in the industry. With having worked with multiple pest Control giants like Godrej HiCare, ISS, Terminix, RentoKil and having held several key positions, she brings rich technical understanding and an intrinsic knowledge of handling large key accounts. She is involved very closely in customer interactions whether it is in giving technical inputs or in solving grievances. As a founder member she is at the helm of the Pestonics way.

As a Co-founder and Director Operations Prashant is the driving force behind setting up operational processes and ensuring that they are being followed. Prashant brings in loads of cross domain experience having helped, Breweries, Telecom, IT Distribution and Textile companies in setting up systems and processes. Prashant is enabling Team Pestonics to scale up its operational abilities at a rapid pace as the organisation is shaping in to multi city, multi domain behemoth.
